Nate Berkus Marries Fiance Jeremiah Brent in NYC
He's hitched! Nate Berkus tied the knot with his fiance Jeremiah Brent on Saturday, May 3, a source confirms exclusively to Us Weekly. The couple said "I do" in an intimate ceremony in New York City.
Us exclusively broke news
back in April 2013 that Berkus, 42, and Brent got engaged after dating
for nearly nine months. The interior designer popped the question during
a trip to Peru, surprising his husband-to-be.
Following their engagement, the
pair were phototographed kissing in matching denim outfits in NYC. Three
days later, they attended the HRC Marriage for Equality Celebration at
the Calvin Klein boutique.
The American Dreams Builder host and Brent (Rachel Zoe's former assistant) first stepped out as a couple back in December 2012. They reside both in NYC and Los Angeles.
The incredible success of
comic book movies isn't just changing the landscape of summer
blockbusters. It's completely changing what Hollywood expects out of
movie stars. Actors of all types are now required to bulk up like never
before as movie studios cast more roles seemingly designed for demigods.
And as ripped men are continually splashed across movie posters around
the world, actors in other, lower-key roles are expected to keep pace in
the physique race. An insightful feature story in this month's Men's Journal takes an in-depth look at the crazy industry that helps actors who'll do anything to get superhuman looks.

20th Century Fox is finally setting the record straight about Naya Rivera's alleged firing from Glee.
"There is no truth to the rumor Naya has been fired from the show. She remains under contract to Glee,' the studio that produces the Fox musical drama said in a statement.
Reports about Rivera allegedly being fired from the series and written out in the finale began swirling after a report suggested the actress and Glee star Lea Michele had an altercation on the set. It remains unclear based on 20th Century Fox's statement, however, if Rivera will appear in this season's final two episodes.
It was also reported that Rivera was dropped from Columbia Records, which a rep for the actress adamantly denied. "Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya's good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not. Naya's attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights," the rep said in a statement.
